At TS House of Beads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been opened or used
• Sale or discounted items

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos and we will resolve it promptly.
